Solution
Display the phrase “Lord what fools these mortals be!” in a way that evokes the opposite of what the original intent of the saying is.
This project began with a style board which helped me decide on which colors, textures, typography, and general vibes I wanted this poster to have before starting on any design work.
By utilizing the direction that I had already established in the style board, I created a wonky, playful, and sweet visual style which contrasts greatly with the graveness of the phrase.
